1. What Idinu is — and is not
Idinu is a coordination and matching platform. We are not a fertility clinic, a medical provider, a law firm, or an insurer. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing constitutes a guarantee of a pregnancy, a match, or any other outcome. All clinical care is delivered by licensed clinicians and all agreements are drafted and reviewed by licensed attorneys with independent representation for each party.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Surrogacy and gamete donation are regulated differently in every country and state; you are responsible for confirming that your intended arrangement is lawful where you and any matched party reside. Idinu may decline or discontinue service where an arrangement would be unlawful or unsafe.
3. Access requests and accounts
Submitting the access form does not create an agreement to provide services. Onboarding is reviewed and may be declined at our discretion. You agree the information you supply is accurate and yours to share, and you will keep any account credentials confidential.
4. Acceptable use
- No misrepresentation of identity, medical history, or legal status.
- No coercion, harassment, or pressure of carriers, donors, or parents.
- No scraping, automated submission, or attempts to circumvent security controls.
- No off-platform arrangements designed to avoid safeguarding, screening, or independent legal counsel.
5. Independent counsel and consent
Every carrier and donor is entitled to independent legal counsel and independent psychological screening, paid for as part of the journey and never selected by the intended parents alone. Participation is voluntary at every stage and may be withdrawn in line with the signed agreements and applicable law.
6. Fees
Platform fees, third-party costs, and carrier or donor compensation are itemised before you commit. Third-party costs (clinical, legal, insurance) are set by those providers and may change. We will not charge platform fees that were not disclosed in writing in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idinu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, nor for the acts or omissions of clinics, attorneys, insurers, or other independent third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where that limitation is not permitted.
8. Privacy and your data
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request an export or erasure at any time on the data request page.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to active users. Questions go to legal@idinu.com.
